Return And Refund Policy

If you have any questions or concerns about your MegaBee order please reach out to us through our contact form. We want to make sure you and your bees love our product.

We don't get many dissatisfied customers, but if for some reason you want to return your purchase, just let us know. If the product is unused and within 30 days of purchase we can arrange a return for a 20% restocking fee. We can also arrange shipping, customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to our warehouse.

MegaBee is not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged.
